MM's are not really active on pink sheet stocks, they are mostly just matching orders. When you see MM's on L2 (like UBSS, NITE, or ETMM), they are just investors like you and I putting in a buy or sell order.

When UDHC was moving up rapidly because investors were increasing their bids and asks, everyone was doing cartwheels. Now when investors are decreasing their bids and lowering their asks, it is blamed on MM's playing games. They are not.

Put in a buy for .013 and the bid will change to .013. Put in a sell at .013, and the ask will change to .013.
