THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- As a part of a recently completed settlement agreement, a transaction originally entered into in July 2010, whereby the Company acquired certain assets of Innovative Asset Corporation, has been rescinded.

As a result, 2 billion shares of the Company's common stock issued pursuant to that transaction have been returned to the Company as Treasury Shares.

William Eric Ottens – CEO Brings to AppTech Corp over 25 years experience in executive and financial management with such corporations as Marriott Corporation, Baker-Hughes International, Global Telecom Network and Tekoil and Gas Corporation. Eric attended the University of Maryland where he majored in accounting and finance. Eric was also a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army and resided for more than 12 years in several South American countries. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Chris Mathers, Principal: served as CFO to a leading business-to-business Internet marketplace company, as well as a number of publicly traded companies. In 1992 Mr. Mathers started an internet based real estate services company which he sold in 2004 to a Fortune 500 corporation. Mr. Mathers holds an accounting degree from Southwestern University as well as a degree in publishing. Mr. Mathers began his career with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in Houston, Texas.

John Foster, COO, Formerly President of Internet Software Technologies, LLC. Mr. Foster has designed and implemented numerous software systems, including a kiosk-based utility bill payment system and a web-based home inventory tracking system. He has over 12 years of experience in programming and deploying web-based applications, and has successfully helped launch numerous startup companies in the internet software market. Mr. Foster attended the University of Houston, majoring in Computer Science

Craig Crawford, Principal: Experienced CEO software consulting, project managementcompany. Development software, managed the process of development and installed systems for several companies worldwide. Focused on management of projects and business reporting using the internet. Formerly on the advisory Board for Microsoft’s Project Software. Mr. Crawford Graduated from NC State University , Business Management.

Sean Connolly, Principal and Vice President: While employed with Applied Voice Recognition, Sean was engaged in the research and development process, marketing and sales, and developing software. He has been involved in the design, development, and completion of web-based marketing programs for numerous products designed for direct sale to consumers.
