So you don’t really have a source saying that he never intended to patent technology? What is your basis to make those claims?

I understand the his purpose of using NDA’s when talking to other companies. It protects the technology from being disclosed and then required to be patented. This is the best way IMHO to look for partnerships and developing the technology with very limited funds.

Martin has said that money is the issue of patents not being filed, not me. I sure he’s goal is to patent his technology in the future. It’s in his financial reports.

If his financial situation is about the same now as it was then, is it safe to assume that his payments to his executives were in stock only like they are currently?
