News is meaningless, unless it is followed up by complete, total and utter elimination of all further serial dilution by Yorkville Advisors,. This also means that YAGI will no longer be able to predict news and its content, but also its timed release - thereby disallowing any/all further manipulative death spiral conversions. At the very least, the shareholders and investment community demand shareholder friendly financing, as we have been long promised by YAGI's hand picked former CEO(s). We unequivocally expect the acting CEO to be able to provide and to formally address this issue as its Numero Uno topic to its shareholders during the 04/19 CC. If not, then we demand a satisfactory answer as to why this situation is allowed to perpetuate at the careless demise and total destruction of the common shareholder and investment community at large.
