I'm woundering if K is selling his own shares for cash for himself or to put back into the company?
If for the company. Is the cash for operating expenses? Paying others? Buying/investing in a worm farm?
I would think they would need lawyers to take care of any legal matters involved in a joint venture/merger/ect and the lawyers like to get paid.
Its not a worry for me that he might just be sucking money out like other stock CEOs. He could have done that when the SP was much higher.

Is there any official forms he would have to publish showing if the money is being put back into the company??
