maybe TEVA says we will not launch LOVENOX until 2014 and you don't launch COPAXONE until 2014....



Since TEVA has to first have a legitimate drug for approval, that would be a big coupe for TEVA as they are playing with funny money on that one and they get to keep mcopaxone off the market until 2014.

Not a deal I'd want to take if I were MNTA.
