Since you seem to be an expert on NIR being sued, perhaps you
can produce documentation by those who have sued NIR that reflects
the same type of Counter Suit, with similar documentation, that
HLNT has filed against NIR? I would definitely be interested to
see if NIR has faced this kind of suit before. Remember, HLNT
is not questioning the validity of the Notes issued by DLAD and
purchased by NIR, just who is responsible for them, and have
documented evidence that fraud was involved, as well as the issue
of a conspiracy involving NIR, Ribotsky, and Humphries. Again,
if you can show a case that has these same elements, I would
certainly like to see it.
