CGPI hasn't refuted everything, not even close, in reality there still are a plethora of unresolved questions (which forced me to cash out 50% at 3.20 after talking to IR, too bad I didn't sell everything)

I could run circles around Maj and his clown lawyer

Your a great trader Joe, but you aren't even in the same league as Maj and his lawyer for in depth DD (think college vs Superbowl MVP). Maj and Geo are hands down the best at this, they leave no stone unturned whether their are issues with corporate structure, land rights, appraisals, ASP's, etc

On top of their high quality work, they don't obliterate names for profit. Instead they work with these companies in an effort to clean up the space.

For Chinese RTO DD they are running circles around everyone
