If you were here a few months ago, you will see how L2 has changed so much which when you look at the whole picture, it shows a relationship to the Accum/Dist technical indicator..

Point Being when you look @ L2 today, Half of L2, MM's are starting to stack in the pennies.... Being here since September, the L2 never looked as it does today... Solid uptrend in the technicals telling us that they have established a nice steady uptrend which says higher base to support higher highs...

Trading is Universal, Just because the PPS is down and the Techincals look great does not mean the end of the world. Remeber, there are un-forseen Universal forces that have a motive...
