HVYW dividend. Brokers are waiting for the DTC to make "payments". As of today, investors have nothing to do, shares will be automatically deposited in brokerage accounts. Any day now....This is what I understand after talking again to Harvey Westbury, the Transfer Agent, Ameritrade, and TD Waterhouse.
