IMO-- CSTI and NITE are big-time flippers. It doesn't matter what the pps is or what it is going to be. Sometimes you see them sitting on the bid and ask at the same time. Buying just a notch below and re-selling. When you do it the volume they do it, you can make a little. They're not interested in being in for the longhaul for the big money.
