3,975,553,679 shares are the total number issued to banks, funds, and minaco tradex. 1,000,000,000 of those shares went to tactician university. In 2005 a shareholder stepped forwards and traded $120,000 cash for shares im guessing at .001 to settle one of VCTYS old loans, that would raise the float another 120,000,000 putting the float up to 4,095,553,679. On to advertising I think VCTY spent about $300,000 in the form of stock to compensate the news advertising agency's, this would add 300,000,000 more shares if they were issued at .001 bringing us to 4,395,553,679 and with the float reading 4,548,611,382 that would leave about 153,057,703 shares the ones you and I are holding or trading. jMHO
