So what effect do MMs and flippers have on your precious charts? Or are you just ignoring them? Since the charts do not show the impact of MMs and flippers directly (only after they have affected the stock) the chart is useless in predicting their actions. Charting is useful, however, intraday if you know how to interpret RSI, MACD, MFI, CCI, Bollinger bands, etc. And of course charting has predictive value with the big stocks (NYSE, Nasdaq). But for pinksheets, charting has no predictive value because of the all-pervasive impact of the MMs and flippers, which charting cannot predict.
