yea thats what i was saying yesterday and brought up if they did do a share buyback, would they have to let us know or not..But if you think about it, tony swears up and down that they are not diluting the stock. So what is the surprise reason why the T/A is gagged than..Their isnt a legimite reason that i can think of other than an under the bus share buy back or something in those lines. Than comes uplist and boom..a very smaller A/S..that will def drive the pps up.
