Are companies required to meet SEC filing deadlines in the event of a halt?

There have been several posts along the lines that the company needs to file an 8K within 4 days of material changes and that the company will need to file a 10K or NT-10K by Wednesday.

I wonder if these requirements are suspended due to the halt. This issue seems to not have been addressed and I wasn't able to find the answer in a quick google search (which makes sense considering the almost unprecedented situation that we find ourselves in)
