Is Deloitte's resignation big enough to cause the halt?

There was not apparently a halt for American Apparel when Deloitte resigned as their auditor in April 2009. (Nor when their CEO was charged with keeping an underage sex slave...but again, I digress)

There was not apparently a halt for Kith Holdings when Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu reigned as their auditor (OK, joint auditor) in March 2010.

There was not apparently a halt for Liquidmetal when Deloitte reigned as their auditor in May 2004. (I had a putter from them, by the way...not so great - but looked cool)

I went through a Google search of Deloitte resignation and then a cross reference of the NASDAQ Halt History Search engine. Of the dozen or so I looked up, none had a halt at or around the time of the announced resignation.

If anyone else wants to keep looking....
