MWM it says "ONE of the Following reasons " not ALL of them !!

Yet, we can still buy it !! HMMMMMMMMMMM ???

It has been labeled Caveat Emptor for one of the following reasons:"

I have known the filings are late and bought I it anyway.. If they were current the stock may be in the $'s.

Thats what I am waiting for :^)
