Just got a call from Vrng investor relations
Stated
1-deal subject to shareholder approval
2-doesn't see any issues will deal being approved
3-Vrng in final stages of DD on MWIS
4-Deal close in 40-75 days based on shareholder approval
5-MWIS share holders will get vrng stock
6-Mwis will becom subsid of VRNG
