It's been caveat emptor for a long time. They haven't filed for a long time...they are working on it. Just that simple. And Goldlake involvement trumps caveat emptor.
Looks like another one here who wants to buy back shares after pumping it just a while ago. You shouldn't have sold dummy. When they file and have test results the share price will be out of reach for you and then you can really whine. LOL
