Why would a company sue another company who just states in a PR that they will send "their (???)" products to the company (Apple, RIM) to get their products "certified" for some program??
Anyone is eligible to send in anything they want to get it certified ... even if it doesn't work at all (then of course they would not get the certification ...). And if anyone can send something in for certification, can't they just PR that they will be sending in/have sent in their products???
Oh well, keep on dreaming that the SEC will stop this, and they lawyers of Apple and RIM will put their heads together and stop this company from doing whatever it's doing if this is not legit ...
Now, where 's the PR? Where's the .005 you've all been talking about. We've had plenty of PR's over the past couple of weeks, but so far we ain't moving at all ...
What will it take to move this stock ... if even possible at all ...
