As everything with these boards is nothing more than a speculation.

The Canadian comission has made no reference in him having to prove that the phones are ready for manufacture and/or are being manufactured. I dont think the canadian comission is capable of anything other than de-listing it from their exchange.

Like I said before their making a big fuss just for him to show up and go "wasnt me" since they cant link him to the promos.

To me its rediculous however so far in my eyes it has had zero effect on the stock pps wise.
