The STOCK DIVIDEND is based on the total number of shares a stockholder has on March 31st. Meaning the more shares you have, either by holding or buying on or before March 31st, the bigger stock dividend you receive. The CEO has implemented a structure here to REWARD HOLDERS and BUYERS of USRI stock.
