Regarding the market cap here. Currently 500K or so....in 2004 with Vox2data in it infancy stages this company had an O/S of 230M and this traded at .06 or market cap $13.8M. Vox2data, theoretically would be worth much more today based on government mandates for electronic medical transcription. The new CEO, Joesph Torkan, is an old rich guy. I hope he floats the company $5M or so to get it off the ground and sell the chit out of Vox2data. The U.S gov mandates by 2014 that all transcription take place electronically, it's roughly an $8B biz split amongst heavy competition.
