Technically, you break even at .18 now, with this 25% dividend. However, imagine what the pps will be once they sold that new 990M shares? Will it still hold .18? That's why I say, they'll have to add about $180M in acquisition value just for you to ultimately break even.

Not very likely, but who knows. Maybe Vince can acquire WM's recycling division for 990M USRI shares.
