Bess,

About the only good thing I can say about MSEP right now is that the .02 base seems really really firm! I mean we have dropped below it on some occasions but we always seem to rebound and close either just below it or right above it. This week has been a case in point. So MSEP has that going for it.

I agree with your assessment of the market in general and I agree that the malaise has really been detrimental to good economic developement. I to am in MSEP for the long haul. Bought in at .02 and haven't lost money but then again, I figured we would be further north three months later than we are now. I can hold out and if it goes up get out with a small profit but there are others invested here who I'll bet are just waiting to break even. My point is this. Having a mess of investors waiting for a stock to break even so they can get out isn't healthy. It's only going to cause a further depression in the SP and fewer investors in the general pool. If people become disillusioned with MSEP, there will be no one to buy the shares and no matter what happens, this company will slowly die and fall off the vine. Do I want this to happen, absolutely not but it sure seems like a lot of people have sunk way more money into this puppy than I have and stand to lose it all as the general investors become completely frustrated and angry at the SP and slowly sell their shares and move off. Face it, we are all here to make money but once frustration sets in, most of us will settle for breaking even and moving on. That attitude is most detrimental to a startup like MSEP and could, if left unchecked, lead to it's eventual downfall no matter how hard Mark and David work. Once again, I don't want to see this happen.

Honestly, I have really appreciated all Mike has done for this board. He has been honest, has always answered my questions, and has done a lot of work for us. I applaud him for his tireless efforts, I just wish that he and the rest of us would be rewarded for being so loyal. Right now, I don't feel so rewarded but since I am even on this one, I'm willing to stick it out for a little while longer, at least until the next filing comes out.

JMHO,

Eric
