It will depend on two man factors, in my opinion:

1.) How strong of a case the UWBK legal team present.
2.) An impartial and honest judge not afraid to make a ruling against a government agency.

I expect this will have two small rallies prior to judgment day. When the date to be in court is announced and the first day they show up in court.
