Alright, well have a good time laughing, but I've never allowed charts to make my plays for me when it comes to the penny world. Of course charting matters when you're playing with the big boys. Every day-trade or short hold I've made with listed companies I've almost always used charting and L2 activity to make a buy and sell judgement and I agree with you that its almost always allowed me to make the right decision.

But when theres this much manipulation involved, to me charting is useless. As for me being the only one whos said that. You should read this board. That same things been said multiple times by many different posters.
