Well Linda first it's important to notice the VERY short time that will be given to companies to "accept" the awards. In my book it's a MOST welcome change from their previous policies. We have gone from months/years to weeks.

Anyhoooo, I believe what they mean is negotiations of the actual PSCs, block by block. As you may recall they had decided that ALL of them would be modeled after the block 1 PSC which was finalized a couple months back. The long and short of it? Again, instead of huge delays with tons of lawyering and backdoor wranglings we are looking at IMHO a few weeks/months for the new PSCs to be signed.

Note that there will most likely be a huge run right after the awards have hit the wires anyway, and I see the stock easily doubling or tripling then (BB has estimated 47 million shares that day if I recall...) Some small institutional buyers have already started positioning themselves and you can expect a lot of activity in that area too.

I expect an even bigger run (or rather some strong ramping up...) once the PSCs are actually signed and ERHE and partners start announcing their oil search/extraction battle plan. I have stated that I anticipate our stock to be in the $3-$5 range by the end of this year and I think we are on track!
