cool nuff...mind you when we first tried "cafe standars" (and evrytime since) in the carter years..

people drove more because they could do it cheaper! for saving energy with

fuel efficiency works on paper and noble attempt butt, in the real world..in the long run...works against you.

every nation in the world is seeking oil in all places...but america...they gotta be laughin' their butts off...i would be.

btw...fuel efficiency is a good thing....as long as ya don't give up too much. more important...let the people drive what they want and not have anything pushed on them because of a certain idealogy.
