this doesnt have to be a issue if u r wanting to go green then its not a problem...
its like the mobile phones as of now they make all chargers the same so no more problems from now on if u have multiple phones u r set with one charger.
even if the batteries on cars are different there are lots of solutions i'll give u some..

dealerships can handle the battery swap
it will be part of there business repair etc..

they can make deals with tyre company's chains like kwki fit or whatever they have in the usa.

lease company's can perform this.

new company's could rise like tyre change it can be battery change

car glass can be carsharge etc etc

fast charge points where u can charge enough for your trip at home u do the rest.

charge points at business addresses

and the list could go on...

u see this is just simple me with a little brainstorming the point is every hurdle can be taken if the drive is there..
