NC,...points are well taken. I agree. There is tremendous scope for improvement. I hope Phil achieves 6 Sigma in all aspects of the business. The 10Ks have to improve. they need to be completely transparent in all respects. So far I have not found a single company that has a transparent and clearly communicated material inclusive of Capital structure. I would like to see transparency in revenue flows and capital structure. The capital structure should be a separate section by itself, clearly laying out all the debt and conversion schedules.
