In My Opinion the Float may have Increased? If the Float did NOT Increase, then the Convertibles that are being dumped after the bell, (the Form T Averaged Bid and Volume Sells from an Institutional Lender), These shares were Restricted when originally issued, but NIR Chose to hang on to them until the New Owners, (Board, CEO, ect.), (The Guys that bought the shell), NIR Just plain waited until they got off the ground somewhat and then used their Hedge Fund to Manipulate the Price up, then "Sold Short" a ton of shares before dumping the Convertibles, so when they are done dumping the Convertibles, the share price they cover at will be very Profitable for their short sales. Wash, Rinse, Repeat, MAKE MILLIONS!!! Thats just one way they do it.
Thats my opinion anyways, in a nutshell.
I think it's time for a call to the Transfer Agent and get the Current Restricted Number of shares. Double check to make sure the A/S is the same too.
