Andrew, why are you certain they will announce something significant tomorrow? From what I've gleaned from various posts, it seems the only certain thing is that they have to say something prior to or by the 16th. In other words, I haven't heard anyone say that a T-1 halt mandates that the news in question must come out within X amount of time. I'm not at all familiar with this stuff, so please correct me if I've missed where this issue was already dealt with.

And thanks for all your great work and careful reasoning. I appreciate it.
