Are those Narwal's personal shares ONLY? SNK shares? or what?

The absolute BEST case scenario for me would be this IF this guy is the scum they claim:

Judge orders Narwal to give VSPC shares to charity.

VSPC announces HUGE contract. VSPC goes back to .28, and Narwal goes to Gitmo and gets waterboarded, twice.
