that is why i'm waiting to see what the intent is
going forward ..

the co. <expo> has always been unregistered
like i said *reading* posts from 2009 is
rather revealing .. unlike when a *turn*
was undertaken .. i have zero issues in the
stock not trading one share till clarity comes
to pass .. i have zero interest in mini runs
being done on exph only see the pps suffer whiplash

what i <as an acutual sor in expo via exph> want to have
is total transparency .. which to be clear is going to be
different as an unregistered co. on the OTC vs. a fully
filing one would be

but fy 2010 .. forms .. etc in X retailer .. new bod
appointees .. new ceo and his/her intent re: co.s future
will go a long way for all existing sor

again if intent is to keep expo public .. i see no reason
why in time mgmt won't *uplist* <audited fins required>
.. or pay the 7k to have their TA give out float and
restricted info <vs. just OS/AS> .. but first things first

after 18 months of 3 steps forward and 4 backward .. i want
to see the co. move forward and remain there .. so that progress
can be measured
