Baloney. Forms 3/4 are free. Corp counsel doesn't need to do squat. Its a simple form that says how many shares they own. Are you seriously trying to say that if I went out and bought 10percent of google I would have to have their corporate counsel review my filing and pay them to do so?

That also still doesn't even touch how they could have put it on pinksheets for free or put it on their website for free or release the data at the bottom of a pr for almost nothing. You are wrong on this one.
