Here is the latest "Public Notice" ... I assume this should be considered Official.. However there is no evidence that any of the "crimes" actually happened. I've seen no police reports to support the claims made by the company/people hired to promote the company/people involved with the company in control of a network of sockpuppets.

Public Notice

On 10 December, 2010, company officers consisting of President and Board Member Monique Berry, Controller and Board Member Frank Rawson, and Secretary Nancy Lane Fisher, fradulently and unlawfully abandoned Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc. and shareholders. In the process of, and/or related to, the unlawful and fradulent abandonment, collectively or separetly, or via intentional negligence or unlawful actions or unlawful conduct of fiduciary duty and responsibility or deliberate act:

A. Committed theft of company property, destruction of company property, theft of confidential company information.
B. Committed unlawful use of company funds, embezzlement of company funds, assisting others outside the company in stock trading by supplying inside confidential company information, and/or alteration of company financial related records and information. (Note: These unlawful uses of company funds, embezzlement, and/or alteration of financial records, is what led to some employes not being paid. Contrary to one of the abandoning officers public and deceptive statements at the iHub forum known for its founder criminal activity, and other places and outlets, she and another officer were paid and made sure they got paid, while telling employees and the public they did not get paid. The third officer did not get a paycheck from the company by her own choice and she declined publically and privately to accept a paycheck for her work due to her marital relationship with the company CEO and holdings of perfered stock in the company.)
C. Deliberately deceived stockholders, the general public, and the company CEO.
D. With malice and intentional behavior, unlawfully, sought to damage and inflict financial harm upon stockholders and the company.
E. Attempted or actual access, unlawfully, to company bank accounts to gain or exercise control over company bank accounts and gain posession of financial instruments related to the bank accounts, after no longer employees.
F. Unlawfully seized control of the company web site and company email and computer system ("hacking")
G. Deliberately and with malice, with unlawful intent, contacted either clients, potential clients, capital funding sources, or others with business related association with the company, before and after their abandonment and attempted to sway those contacts away from business with the company.
H. Unlawfully filed false reports or documents with various governmental agencies.

(Note: Although the list stops here, there are other possible aspects or additional acts being coinsidered, explored, and/or investigated)

The actions of these abandoning officers led to control of the company being turned over by Mr. Dennis Fisher, CEO, to Mr. Michael Burton, to save the company and stockholder investments from the effects and intentional unlawful or malicious acts committed by or associated with the actions of the abandoning officers. Additionally, after turning over control of the company to Mr. Michael Burton, Mr. Fisher resigned as part of the deal to save the company and shareholder investments. Mr. Fisher is no longer associated with the company.

A related consequence of the actions of these abandoning officers is that BNPD reverted back to its original owner because the terms of the controlling interest turnover were not met and the association between BNPD and BEHL was disolved.

Mr. Michael Burton is in the process of reconstituting the company, recapitalizing the company, and placing the company on a path towards profitability along with re-establishing business contacts and relationships, also negoiating new contract and business relationships.
