Thank you for the post.
I just talked to my broker (e-trade), I have a cash account, and he confirmed my shares had never been loaned, you are right, only marging accounts are susceptible for loaning.

So please, if anyone has a margin account, place a
Loan Exempt Restriction ASAP.

Feeling great about CPOW. More solid news coming.
