As far as we know the 10m JV with NAK is still progressing (albiet too slow for penny stock investors). NAK is controlled by HDI, sounds like pretty good backing to me.

I don't quite understand the premise by many here that HDI does not want to act and prove out these claims. Jeeze, why wouldn't HDI want to invest that 10 million quickly to prove out 100s of millions of dollars or possibly billions??? Sounds like a huge ROI, AND they can no longer get that kind of ROI on NAK anymore nor by leaving LBSR's claims untouched...
