I would rather go with a reverse split, potential new management handling a modest cash infusion than go with the buyout on the cheap option, but, gfp, if a reverse split is not really in management's interest then how/why are they done at all? Is it a situation where an agressive BOD and outside entity urges and insists on such a move?
