Absolutely River, but with the lobbies putting the brakes on the process and trying to slow it if not stop it all together, they are putting the traveling public at risk. EOBRs are an easy safety implement to put to use to regulate big vehicles and increase the safety margin on the roads. I suspect the truck companies will kick themselves for not moving faster on this technology.
