Good Morning Board. CaliforniaDream1 you are asking a lot of questions that I am not at liberty to divulge - I hope you know that. I can tell you that William Lieberman hopes to build MMTE into a major player in the lithium field, but please don't forget the major importance of potassium (key fertilizer ingredient) which is needed by countries around the world to increase food supplies for their people. I know of no restrictions being placed on MMTE by the Chilean government. In fact, the Chilean government is attempting to help as much as possible in developing the lithium mining operations. Chile is also actively seeking to make a world market for lithium - this is a huge development with major repercussions for lithium miners. I can also tell you that mining in the Atacama is about as easy and inexpensive as anyone might want. In fact, it is hard to clasify lithium mining in the Atacama as mining. All one need do is sink a well to the underground acquifer, pump the brine up and into shallow ponds, let the sun do the work of drying the brine out, and then a fairly simple and inexpensive processing to produce battery grade lithium with a by-product of potassium. I cannot tell you anything at this time about customers, joint ventures, mergers, buyouts, share retirements, or anything else that has not yet been made public. What I can tell you is that we are just getting over the first and probably most difficult hump in the process of building this company. What I am told we have in store for us, has been described to me as like that of a freight train that is building steam and making its way down the track.

I am not an MMTE pumper as some have posted. I have tried, in cooperation with William Lieberman, to bring information and clarity to the board. I try not to write anything about MMTE to the Moon or things of that nature (regardless of my own personal thoughts). I have been an MMTE investor since long before many on this board even heard of the company, and I have never owned less than 25 million shares.

I personally feel that William Lieberman is an honerable and trustworthy individual who honestly does care about his investors. However, I can't and will not tell anyone to buy or sell based soley on my recommendation. The decision to buy or sell must be your own - please make your decision wisely.
