Humphries doesn't want to testify period, whether it be in New
York or Texas. Neither he, Ribotsky, or NIR's employees have been
deposed yet. When that happens, there is going to be a lot of
questions about the E-Mails, and who decided what. The first
question that comes to mind is just how quickly will Ribotsky
perjure himself. The next question that comes to mind is which
NIR employee is going to blow the whistle first to save his or
her own butt. I don't know what any body else thinks, but Corey
doesn't seem like the kind of person who would do good in jail.
As smart as he is, wonder if he will try to pull a reverse on
Humphries and a bunch of others and plead a deal with the FBI
and SEC to get a lighter sentence. Don't think that anyone could
doubt that he has a lot to work with. Of course, PD will want to
say that Corey could sing about Mel Robinson, but the problem is,
Mel wasn't involved in this stuff like PD thinks. If he had been,
it would have already been brought out by NIR in the Motion to
Dismiss. Missed that one, did you PD?
