Jagman, you are absolutely right. most of the buyers are long term holders, it was played by daytraders at about $6 exit and has been working it's way back up.
This company went pinks because if they entered the otc market they would not have finished the independent reserves audit to the otc timetable, so in order to move to the larger boards properly they will remain pink until the independent reserves and the independent financial reports are completed,(within 6 weeks) then apply for either naz or amex listing, that is still 6 months out but in the mean time they are producing revenues and the bank just gave them very favourable terms on their financing,
IR has a 26 page prospectus on this company that they will send to you, it is in pdf format and is avery interesting read. Lance Duncan is a pleasure to talk to and a very easy going layed back long time Texan. I have set up a Tandem Energy board because i plan to hold this one through to the major board listing.
