All companies put out forward statements. That is what Qbid is doing. As an investor these are to let you know what they are planning and the direction they are going.

If I held MS to it's PR'd release dates then I'd have sold off a long time ago. The best thing that's happened there is the div's they are paying now.

These missed PR's are nothing other major and minor companies do not have to deal with also. So it's not a big deal for me.
