WOW PD, it sure looks like these guys over at HLNT are really
scared of Humphries testifying. Have a LOOK at todays court doc
where HLNT attorney Theodore Max is asking the court to DISMISS
Humphries claim that NY does not/should not have jurisdiction
over him since he is a Texas resident,...ha hahhahaaaa. Hilarious!

The darn HLNT motion lists EVERY CASE IMAGINABLE as to WHY THEY WANT
Humphries to COME TO NY.

Doesn't sound at all like HLNT is shaking in their boots & doesn't
sound like Humphries is looking to sing to free his hide. I'd post
it here for you, but I know how much you like the DD. Have at it,
let me know what you think.

HLNT/NIR thing is starting to take share here, should be an interest-
ing case to watch.
