mendoza spotting!

Carlos Mendoza, formerly of Calypso Wireless and currently fugitive from Costa Rica, was arrested by authorities today attempting to deliver a small brown package to the SEC building in DC. Mendoza was wrestled to the ground by Police but not before he launched said package into the lobby screaming "da filing, da filing!!".
