Encounter Technologies, Inc. (ENTI) Announces Record Date of Monday, March 14th for Common Stock Dividend

Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI) announces that Shareholders of Record as of Market Close on this coming Monday, March 14, 2011 (Official Record Date) will receive the previously announced Restricted Common Stock Dividend equivalent to one percent (1%) of their recorded shareholdings. The Dividend will be in the form of shares of Encounter Technologies, Inc. The shares will be restricted for a period of one year and eligible for free trading on that anniversary date.

This decision gives greater value to our shareholders and will continue to enhance liquidity and interest in our stock and Company."

Encounter Technologies confirmed that this is the first of four quarterly Dividends planned for this year. In November 2010, The Board of Directors of Syndication voted to approve a 4% Annual Restricted Common Stock Dividend for shareholders in 2011. Shareholders of record will receive a Restricted Common Stock Dividend equivalent to 1% of their recorded shareholdings for each quarter this year. Specific dates and instructions for the remaining Quarterly Common Stock Dividends will be released as available.
