I wish there was something we could do other then report this to the SEC. If this is not on the level and there are facts that support that position there is nothing we do will make any difference on ICOA's management. Sharing with them how angry or disappointed one is makes no bit of difference - they are used to it. It is in their best interest to be successful, however, if that's not going to happen then we are subject to another illicit pink. The wonders of data, technology and sharing will help expose these sooner and save investors from these investments.
