Any penny company that threatens legal action against message board posters because they may post negative opinions about progress made...is clearly not busy enough to focus on all the relative valuation drivers that could propel their potential growth drivers to the next potential levels.

And in all my years of penny gambling it's never been a good sign when any penny company has tried to silence any of its critics...because it's usually the surest sign their can be that they're trying to control any negative perceptions that may exist to distract from any lack of progress made.

Penny co.'s on the path to success let all their material results do the talking for them in the form of intrinsic valuation drivers being delivered to market for the retail masses to gauge them by. They don't spend a single second of their time worrying about how many retail penny players out there may not like their results/progress to date because they're too busy constantly finding ways to grow their biz/close new deals/create measurable shareholder value;)
